Fês-vêbê Bî (/ɘˈfɘdɘ/ /ˈvɘbɘ/ [premier] [mood; attitude]) is a subtropical Town located in the Ëradîvë Zone of the Union of Engineers.
The name Fês-vêbê Bî is derived from the Iron Elvish language, as Fês-vêbê Bî was founded by Sianna Glkesîyê, who was culturaly Iron Elven.
Climate
Fês-vêbê Bî has a yearly average temperature of 23°C (73°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 26°C (78°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 21°C (69°F). Fês-vêbê Bî receives an average of 202 cm/y (79 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the fall. Fês-vêbê Bî covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 4952 m (16246 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Fês-vêbê Bî was founded durring the early 12th century in winter of the year 1101, by Sianna Glkesîyê. The establishment of the new community went well, though many minor issues had to be solved as time went on. This was enough to delay construction and push back the formal opening ceramony, leading to some embarisment for Sianna Glkesîyê.
Fês-vêbê Bî was built using the conventions of Iron Elven durring the early 12th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Fês-vêbê Bî is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature waddle and daub construction with good timber frames and a stone foundation protected by thatched or shingled rooves. Most buildings with second floors are built in such a way as to overhang into the streets on the upper floors for more space, as building size seems to be the primary indicator of wealth within the community. Most buildings are not decorated with any integral features, but instead use ivy, flowers, and other natural elements in planters of on trellices to breathe life into the structure they grow upon.
Fês-vêbê Bî is buildings have been located at convienant points along the pond Fês-vêbê Bî was built upon. Navigating the town is therefore a little chalanging as the distance between buildings verris greatly and the restrictive carved bedrock streets flow where they are able to be made rather than folowing the most convienant paths. The town is protected by a well-crafted cobblestone fence tall enough to provide adiquite cover for defenders to fire from, but no more than that. The frontieer-style defences have not been wellmaintained over the years, and while functional are in dire need of some loving care and perhapse light renovation.
Right off the bat Fês-vêbê Bî hits you in the face with its success. Everyone, even the peasants, are dressed in well made clothing. Every tool and implement you can see is finely made, and people will boast to you as obvious strangers of the wonders which can be found in their markets. More interestingly is a total lack of beggars, and plenty of new buildings are going up even as you speak. Somehow this town has come into quite a lot of wealth, and recently from the looks of things. The new wealth has created some worrying attitudes in many passers by, such that it’s clear new laws have recently been enacted and enforced with such extreme scrutiny the locals seem to be going about their day as if by clockwork.
Civic Infrastructure
Fês-vêbê Bî has an animal control department which works to enforce local ordinances relating to the control, impoundment, and disposition of animals.
Fês-vêbê Bî has an Office of Civil Vicary, which is responsible for providing a livelyhood for all officialy recognised religious figures within Fês-vêbê Bî.
Fês-vêbê Bî has a Gravedigger's Guild, which is responsible for collecting the dead and laying them to rest according to all applicable laws and religious customs.
Fês-vêbê Bî has a Highwayman's Guild, which is tasked with maintaining the roads and highways leading into town as well as keeping them safe for travelers.
Fês-vêbê Bî has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Fês-vêbê Bî's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Fês-vêbê Bî has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Fês-vêbê Bî has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
Fês-vêbê Bî's mayor's house was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used embraces individualism and experimentation. It emerged as a movement against traditional, classical styles and sought to make buildings dynamic and fun while breaking the rules. The style incorporated elements of previous architectural styles in exaggerated and whimsical ways. Traditional, conservative leanings were void in this era, with most scholars of architecture agreeing it was a time of “anything goes.”.

Fês-vêbê Bî's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in winter and involves sex to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 2 via recitation of scripture.
